How to order

1. Firstly assess your photographs to determine what level of work you think they need.

2. Contact us to notify us of your requirements by email or call 07973 367399. If you have a sampIe of the image then send that or just describe the photographs condition and your requirements.

3. We will then send you an estimate, order form and postage details and, if it's required quickly, then we can confirm how long the work will take. If you live in or close to Northwich in Cheshire then you can, by arrangement, bring your photographs in for assessment. Prepare your photographs for postage by packaging them up carefully. Sandwich between two pieces of card larger than the images and use bubble wrap if possible for added protection.

4. For security and peace of mind we recommend that you send your photographs using Special Delivery.

5. On receipt of your photographs we will contact you to confirm the estimate based on our assessment of the photographs condition. There is no charge for this service but if you require return of your photographs without going ahead with the order then we would pass on the postage costs to you.

6. Once the price for work has been confirmed payment is required. Payment maybe made by card (through PayPal), by cheque or BACS.

7. On receipt of payment work will take place. All work is quality guaranteed so in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the result then you may return the prints within 7 days for a refund.
